Android 4.0 theme ‘Holo’ to be compulsory on all devices

Yesterday on Google’s Android Developers blog, it is stated that all the new android 4.0 device, including smartphones and the tablets as well, should contain the Android 4.0 Ice Cream sandwich theme named “Holo” for the compatibility with apps.
According to the statement from Google, any Android device which have access to the Android market should have to include the “Holo” theme.
